Repipes, Water & Gas Lines

When the pipes themselves are the problem

If your home keeps springing leaks, has rusty water, or was built before the 1990s with its original plumbing, patching one more pinhole isn't a plan. We replace failing systems the right way — pressed connections, pressure-tested, permitted.

What we replace

Supply, drain, and gas — done once, done right

  • Whole-house repipes (PEX or copper)
  • Galvanized & polybutylene replacement
  • Cast iron drain replacement
  • Main water service lines
  • Gas lines for water heaters, ranges & BBQs
  • Pressure regulators & main shutoff valves

We work with Milwaukee ProPress and MegaPress systems — press-fit connections that are cleaner and more consistent than torch work, especially inside finished walls. Every repipe is pressure-tested and inspected before a single wall closes up.

Recent work includes complete cast iron drain replacements on master bath remodels — the photos on this page are our actual jobs, not stock.

Good to know

Repipe questions we hear the most

How do I know it's time to repipe?

Repeat leaks (especially slab leaks), rusty or metallic-tasting water, dropping pressure, or original galvanized/polybutylene pipe. One leak is a repair; the second and third in a couple of years is the system failing on an installment plan.

PEX or copper?

PEX costs roughly half as much, installs faster with fewer wall openings, and shrugs off the slab-leak corrosion that kills copper here. Copper remains a premium, proven option some homeowners prefer. We install both and will give you the honest trade-offs for your house instead of pushing the one we make more on.

Will my house be a construction zone for weeks?

No. A typical repipe runs 2–4 days, and you'll have water every night. We cut access neatly, protect floors and furniture, and coordinate patching so the walls come back like nothing happened.
